Our court system is woefully inadequate to render ANY OPINION on the nations BUSINESS at the border. Lawyers in general don’t know their a— from a hole in the ground about immigration and female judge/lawyers are too emotional on hard core and extremely painful subjects like the plight of illegal immigrants.
No doubt Judge Alia Moses saw a video of one immigrant kid getting scratched causing her motherly instincts to reverse her previous ruling. Idiot! America is under attack from twenty different directions and we can’t find one judge with a backbone or brain to go with it.
Almost every judge needs to be immediately removed from the Bench and never allowed to practice law in their lifetimes.
It is my belief they broke their oath while they were taking it because they never had any intention of upholding the laws and our Constitution.

Gov. Greg Abbott posted a statement on X calling Friday’s ruling “clearly wrong” and said he and Attorney General Ken Paxton will seek an immediate rehearing by the entire Fifth Circuit. “We’ll go to SCOTUS if needed to protect Texas from Biden’s open borders,” he said, referring to the U.S. Supreme Court.
