That’s embarrassing to have a typo in the title of an article. Should read “France’s Moron”

Coal made the Railroads possible.

We had a coal furnace when I was a kid...and this was in a big city. Sure beat my dad sawing wood in the backyard. Winters were brutal in Upstate.

If it's warming...so be it.

The government is ruining our economy with their climate cr**.

The difference with India is if they didn’t turn to coal and they ended up making the people suffer, there are a great many there who would go after their leaders. Politicians in the US have no such concerns.

AFAIC, there’s no better heat than from an anthracite coal burning heater. Burns pretty clean with less sulfur and other particles in bituminous coal and has a lot of energy in a dense and compact form.

I remember my grandpa’s house had a pot-belly stove that heated the house and when I lived in England in the early 70s I had a similar set up in my house. Loved it.

Stated in the frame of mind that translates to:

Please stop using all the coal that my Butt Buddies in the CCP want all for themselves, and any extra we can sell to India at a premium.
