Replace “trans” with “fake” to keep things straight. A trans boy can get pregnant, etc.

It’s confusing. Even more confusing when the trans boy is dating a trans girl.

The confusion is deliberate. Language and children are the target everyone must comply.

That's exactly what I do. I kinda wish I had a plugin that would automatically do it for me, with the exception of the term "transmission".
