Attacks against University of California, Berkeley, students wearing Israeli flags aren't being investigated as hate crimes, said a graduate student who claimed the students were assaulted because of their Jewish identities.
In two incidents, assailants aggressively tried to take Israeli flags from students, shoving and cursing at them in the process, videos reviewed by Fox News show. In one, a crowd gathered around a student draped in an Israeli flag who was struck in the head with a metal water bottle.
The videos are part of a lawsuit filed last week by the Brandeis Center — a pro-Israel nonprofit — and Jewish Americans for Fairness in Education against the University of California Board of Regents, the university president and other school officials for "longstanding, unchecked spread of anti-Semitism" on campus.
The student struck with the water bottle was Jewish, according to the suit, and the video shows he was hit by a protester wearing a black and white keffiyeh, a traditional Palestinian headdress.

Progressive Leftism is the greatest threat to American Democracy. Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco, in fact the entire Bay Area is a hotbed of Anti-Semitism. These people are just racists.
Jews are now being treated like Conservatives have been treated for years at Berzerkley.
This should be a slam dunk. How did the university handle matters involving pride flags and blm displays?

Take the assaults to the cops and charge that hate crimes have happened- don’t just rely on the ultra liberal c9llege to do anything about it- make it into a national scene until they are forced to deal with the issue if possible

students feel triggered or unsafe. Yet anti-Israeli rallies threatening genocide, are A-okay.
If Biden or Michelle Obama are elected, Jews will be treated like conservatives by the FBI, DOJ, IRS and CIA. That's when Jews find out what it' like when 'the State' wants to take you out - not just the progressive crazies...
