The truth is, Vivek Ramaswamy and Nikki Haley have turned their backs on the security of the United States. Each believes they are Art. II, §1, Cl. 5 natural born citizens when they are not. Citizenship bestowed by the state is “naturalized” citizens, not natural-born citizens. Both are willing to weaken this vital presidential qualification in the face of 20 million migrants streaming over our borders. For those who don’t know, an Art. II, §1, Cl. 5 natural born citizen is a person born solely within the jurisdiction, that is to say, born of two citizen parents.
Nothing pisses them off more than truth.

These folks never learned there are 3 co equal branches of government. So much power given to the executive by Congress. The President’s job is to see that laws passed by Congress are carried out. Executed.

Until you can get a court to rule on your reasoning this remains a legal theory. People misunderstand the nature of law. Much of it (as written) is uselessly vague, terms are undefined, limits are undefined, etc. Recourse and compliance are also generally undefined.
Having dealt, a lot, with industrial regulation, its clear to me that both sides (including the government) on any controversy are free to concoct such theories, and neither are obviously right, until the courts provide actual decisions, which become precedent.
Dont bet the farm on your legal reasoning. The pros dont.

That “natural born citizen” ship has sailed. If George Romney and Ted Cruz can run for president and Barack can run and serve as president, then so can Ramaswamy.
