Not issuing 1099’s is against the law and especially not paying the employee taxes. What are these poor people going to do when it’s time to retire and there are no funds because their employe, Humper did not pay the payroll taxes?

Companies don’t pay FICA or FUTA taxes on contract employees (1099).
