Are the swastikas backwards or the right way?

In my experience, if they are backwards, it’s lefties who painted them. Real nazis generally make a point of knowing how to properly draw a swastika.

If they are opposite of what we have seen, they may have Indian (feather, not dot) meanings.

Swastika was the big dipper star constellation of the four seasons based off of Polaris star which all stars travel around. The little dipper arms point in the opposite direction around the pole star is it's handle. The earliest known swastika was 17,000 years old in the Ukraine.

Ancient Hebrew it pronounced "tet" meaning Basket. you will see the little basket the ancient god carries. It's the meaning of the star of David or seal of Solomon. It represents the star Sirius. "tet" or Hex/Hexagram or the six pointed star. Paleo-Hebrew alphabet for hex: הקס pronounced hē ḥēt. or Starts with, S Ends with X.
The Swastika represents the our sun Phoenician beliefs.
