if you are positing that Jews, Blacks or the Chinese are subhuman, that would be free speech, but free speech for the purpose of being allowed to incite violence against them, based on the proposition that they are an inferior species.

What about positing, not that they are subhuman, but evil? Scholars have been positing that Christians and whites are evil for several decades now. Not at campus protests, but as official classroom lectures.

The solution from the establishment is always to restrict speech. Of course doing so with Jews as an excuse with only increase antisemitism. And the rules on antisemitism will not actually be applied to the antisemitic left, especially non-Whites. Antisemitism on campuses grew because of restrictive leftist speech codes and the antisemeitic ideology of cultural marxism. We need more speech and actual diversity
