USSC ruling was about race in college admissions and I think everyone, including smart CEO's knew this was going to hit businesses and their DIE policies too sooner rather than later.

And so here we are, and IMO it's a good thing. Hiring should always be about the most qualified and this "diversity" crap is just that -- crap.
