Does IBM make anything these days?
In the 1970s - 80s they seemed to be everywhere.
Where are they now?

Back 7 years ago, a group of very smart engineers began a new design based on the old Power chip.
They started with Power 9 and now are working on Power 12.
It was very successful and very powerful.
All that work got sent to India 3 weeks ago.

In the 1980s I was writing software (application) for a couple of 3083s, testing on a 370-158 and also developing software for a 36.
