My best buddy Sam - now deceased - was a paraplegic who was one of the last polio cases in Michigan before the Salk vaccine became widely available. He was the Dean of Admissions of a Florida college.
When the college president advised Sam that he would be awarded “Handicapped Employee of the Year” at the annual dinner he told the pres that he would rather quit than accept it. (His actual words were a bit closer to “shove it up your a$$”.) Would that one or two of these race pimps would have said that to HerHonner.
