The one exception I take with the Trump campaign’s statement is that this is not a “flawed” decision, as if the Colorado Supreme Court simply made a mistake. Just as with every other outrage the Left is inflicting upon the country this is an INTENTIONAL and lawless act. These people, regardless of what pompous titles may follow their names, are nothing less than enemies of this country. I dare say we would be seeing little different from this if Xi Jinping himself were running the country, and had hand picked every one of the country’s “judges.”

We’re losing it all, and most even on our own side seem content to just watch it all burn down, apparently under the foolish assumption that actually fighting back might cause them to lose their comfortable existence. Well we’re losing that anyway! We’re no longer worthy of the sacrifices that were made, many paid in blood, to provide us with the freedom and prosperity that we have, until recent years at least, enjoyed. What is happening right in front of our faces right this moment is FAR worse than the events that precipitated the Revolutionary War. If we were worthy of our great inheritance, there would be millions of us in every despotic state capital and in D.C, forcing these tyrants to relinquish power or face the consequences. Unfortunately, even the self-proclaimed “patriots” have become corrupted and timid, made so by their attachment to material comforts. I’m sorry to say that we are just not even close to the same caliber of people who fought the most powerful empire on Earth, and then endured endless hardships to settle a continent.

We deserve what we get.

“We are also cognizant that we travel in uncharted territory, and that this case presents several issues of first impression. But for our resolution of the Electors’ challenge under the Election Code, the Secretary would be required to include President Trump’s name on the 2024 presidential primary ballot.

Therefore, to maintain the status quo pending any review by the U.S. Supreme Court, we stay our ruling until January 4, 2024 (the day before the Secretary’s deadline to certify the content of the presidential primary ballot). If review is sought in the Supreme Court before the stay expires on January 4, 2024, then the stay shall remain in place, and the Secretary will continue to be required to include President Trump’s name on the 2024 presidential primary ballot, until the receipt of any order or mandate from the Supreme Court.”
