I understand your point but l don’t think he can legally fly them down south to another country.
Texas has little choice in the matter. The Federal government has told Texas they have to let the illegals into the country.
So, unless Texas decides to secede from the union (and hell would freeze over if they did), the best they can do is punish the sanctuary cities and states (aka, leftist hellholes) with the hope that if they scream enough, Brandon might have to stop the invasion at the border. It's a long-shot.
I noticed on Twitter a lot of people saying Abbot could deport them. The new Texas law may allow for that but SCOTUS ruled the Feds have that authority, not states.
The Constitution does however say FedGov has to protect states from invasion, which obviously they are not doing.
If the Federal Government told a Democrat run State they have a restriction, what would happen? The Democrat run State would ignore any court rulings about it and do what they wanted to do.
Send some to Wisconsin too, it’s a short bus ride and not only on general principles, but Gov. Prickster has a horse farm there, as to many Chicago elites.

The US Constitution is silent on immigration. It speaks specifically about naturalization, which is the method of conferring citizenship.
Wha chu smokin? Chicago and New York at least have a better understanding of the problem with illegal aliens as they've joined Texas in being overrun with illegals.
