Saturate the cities of every solid blue state. Seattle,,Portland, SF&LA, NYC&Albany, Chicago, Denver, Milwaukee, Detroit, Boston and the rest need to drown in the feces of these migrants. Hit the little NE states (ME, VT, NH, RI), too.. teach these liberal idiots their votes have consequences.
Heck load up some trains, put some food onboard for a two day
ride north, west, east. Make a few stops along the way and let
a few off each time. That way they wouldn’t all be in one place
at the same time. But over some time period they would become
dominate to some extent.
One thing needs to be done for the first 50 or so years. That is disable the birthing ability of both sexes.
