I have family in El Paso. They live 5 MI from the border. It’s like a war zone down there. They carry when they go out the door for anything. Groceries delivered. It’s not America.

IIRC the 777 needs a much longer runway than the max provided by marthas vineyard airport (2500m vs 1678m). Perhaps BOS could be the landing point and a ferry around Provincetown could get them there. On second thought perhaps Provincetown would be a better destination.
