This is what happens when you hire because of diversity instead of hiring the most qualified.And this is why Gay will never be fired. Harvard would have to admit to all of this, and admit the Chris Rufo broke the story.

Harvard University president Claudine Gay accused of 40 acts of plagiarism in new complaint She's a horribl person - zero pride in being respected. But it works for Harvard and it can work for two former newspapers.
The New York Times and Washington Post would do better hiring 'Harvard' style black women. Why? Because they could steal other writers work, pass it off as their own - and save those papers money having to compete to hire the best and brightest. Besides, both papers have sold out their integrity so hiring plagiarists shouldn't make any difference to their 'standing'.
