sidebar: Newsome has a hard on for this city. During his draconian covid restrictions he banned the use of beaches. HB kept their beach open and their restaurants.
About 8 months ago Newsome’s coastal commission rejected the HB proposal to build a desal plant. The vote was unanimous. The next day Newsome bully pulpited us about the drought.
