Why are we still in Iraq? A one billion a year embassy cost. Why????? Enough already. Bring our troops and personnel home from all overseas destinations, all of them!!! This nonsense has to end; it is destroying our country, billions of dollars and counting. We are on the road to perdition............

Forget Iran for a moment the Turks upset with US support for the Kurds in Syria bombed targets in northern Iraq and Syria over the weekend.
They are linked to Kurdish groups Turkey (Türkiye) considers terrorists.
Iraq is very much a quagmire.
