State government is still the government. Tax money is fumigable. It can be shifted between uses and levels of government.

Absolutely NOT. Constitutionally WRONG. They DO NOT own ANYTHING. They are only representatives and managers hired by us and paid by us as EMPLOYEES.
THEY WORK FOR WE THE PEOPLE AS THE OWNERS. Anyone who thinks any different is a total brainwashed fool or a government psyops asset.
