The appropriate move for the SCOTUS is to “punt” on this issue. This is a political issue. It’s up to each state to decide. Roberts will persuade Kavanagh and ACB on this.

No doubt. We know Epstein-John will almost always rule against Trump. And Kavanaugh and ACB were just horrible picks.

Wouldnt that mean like with abortion, every state decides what to do..so the Colorado decision would stand, so would Maine, and every state would decide if they want Trump on the ballot or not..so basically every Conservative state would remove Biden, every dem state would remove Trump

Roberts would jump hoops to avoid election interference, but in this case, to do nothing opens a pandoras box for which the court would NOT want to be responsible.

Alito & Thomas will raise holy hell if any justices refuse to concede that point.
