I am not a Russian. I am an American

You're an "American" who hates America and cheers for one of America's most malicious enemies

I would say Putin is extremely cautious, even overly so.

Personally speaking, if I were President of Russia, I would have invaded and taken Crimea the day after George Bush told the Bucharest summit in 2008 that Ukraine would enter NATO.

It would be like China deciding they were going to admit Florida into military alliance they controlled - NOT going to happen.

So what’s your point exactly?

No lies detected from Mr. Putin in that transcript who was spitting 🔥 about Western deceit and hypocrisy as it pertains to Serbia, Kosovo, Georgia, Europe, the Untied States, etc. ...no wonder RFERL carefully omitted all those parts.👍

e. In April, 2010, Russia and Ukraine extended the lease for an additional 25 years, to run subsequent to 2017

Of course, why would the Russians trust an illegal formed government comprised of those that hated their country to honor that deal?

We KNOW the same government DID NOT honor the Minsk Accords. And, both Hollande and Merkel bragged about the deal being a ruse that Ukraine never intended to abide by.

MORE IMPORTANTLY, those in Crimea never wanted to be part of Ukraine after the fall of the Soviet Union and had absolutely NO obligation to remain part of Ukraine after the illegal coup in 2014 that throw a President out that the vast majority in Crimea voted for.

Illegal coups have consequences and those negatively impacted by them have every RIGHT to seek independence or join other nation. What in hell don't you understand about that? That is certainly the standard we have for Kosovo.

“Of course, why would the Russians trust an illegal formed government comprised of those that hated their country to honor that deal?”

Then why did Russia sign the agreement in the first place? You contradict yourself, Ivan.

“We KNOW the same government DID NOT honor the Minsk Accords.”

Neither did Russia, which was the first to renege on them.

“And, both Hollande and Merkel bragged about the deal being a ruse that Ukraine never intended to abide by.”

Not true, Ivan. Both Merkel and Hollande deny that.

“MORE IMPORTANTLY, those in Crimea never wanted to be part of Ukraine after the fall of the Soviet Union and had absolutely NO obligation to remain part of Ukraine after the illegal coup in 2014 that throw a President out that the vast majority in Crimea voted for.”

Nice try, Ivan. Had they been so opposed to it they could have just walked across the border to their beloved Russia.

It is interesting — but not surprising — that you fail to mention the Donbas in your comment. Why is that, Ivan? Is it because only a fraction of the people of Donbas wanted to break away from Ukraine? It is also interesting that it was RUSSIA that fomented the separatist movement, and armed and supplied the separatists (yeah, Ivan that same Rusia that gave the separatists the surface-to-air weapons that the separatists used to shoot down the civilian airliner MH-17, killing all of the 300 or so people on board).
Did you forget that, Ivan? I don’t think you did; I think you conveniently chose to ignore it.

You’re full of bloodlust, Ivan; as has been shown in previous posts by you.

“We need to leave both NATO and the UN. Both are globalist organizations detrimental to the citizens of this country.”

We, kemosabe? You’re not in NATO, Ivan. At least, the country you admire and to which you hold allegiance isn’t.

“No lies detected from Mr. Putin in that transcript”

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

No lies from him you say?
Jesus, you also think planet earth is flat then? :)
You like acting as a comedian?

Putin clearly says that “Moscow recognizes ALL of Ukraine’s BORDERS.” !
Right? So WHY has he violated them!!!?

Today, he says right the opposite - that Ukraine has always been Russian territory etc, etc... he changed his narrative 180 degrees!
So... if you don’t call THAT a furious and outright spectacular lie (or you may prefer calling that a “severe form of deceit). I suggest you do some better research, and don’t look at Kremlins propaganda channels, it’s a waste of time and intelligence.

Secondly:
Neither Nato or America have taken or annexed ANY nation in the entire NATO’s history - nowhere on the the planet!
Russia however, in annexing non-stop... it has ANNEXED parts of Georgia, parts of Donbas, entire Crimea, parts of Moldova, and other parts of Ukraine!
Does Russia have ZERO limits when it comes to attacking all over the place?
They even pushed their ally Iran and Hamas to attack Israel. They are allies remember?
Now tell me.. how much is ENOUGH for Russia??

The interview is a smoking gun against Putin.
The truth finally revealed by Putin himself.

What in the hell are babbling, you Biden regime boot licker?

Ukraine has already lost. It isn't getting an inch of lost territory back.

All you're doing is trying to help the Biden regime push the failures of this war behind the 2024 election as well as helping our elite launder more money through this war. And, for that, you can go straight to hell.

Then why did Russia sign the agreement in the first place?

Because, foolishly, they thought they could trust Ukraine, us and NATO to keeps it word. They were wrong.

Ukraine, us (under Obama and Biden) and NATO are dishonorable liars.

And, that's you're proud of?

Both Merkel and Hollande deny that.

More proof you're a liar:

https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/merkel:-minsk-agreement-attempted-to-give-ukraine-time

Merkel said "The 2014 Minsk agreement was an attempt to give time to Ukraine. It also used this time to become stronger as can be seen today. The Ukraine of 2014-2015 is not the modern Ukraine."

According to her, "it was clear to everyone" that the conflict had been put on hold, noting that the issue had not been settled, "yet this was what gave Ukraine invaluable time."

https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/merkel-hollande-confessions-signify-betrayal:-russian-offici

“Since 2014, Ukraine has strengthened its military posture… It is the merit of the Minsk Agreements to have given the Ukrainian Army this opportunity,” the former French president told a Ukrainian outlet.

Had they been so opposed to it they could have just walked across the border to their beloved Russia.

So, ethnic Russians, after an illegal coup overthrew a democratically elected they voted for, were supposed to accept being persecuted or killed by neo-Nazis and Ukraine nationalists or leave their homes behind and go to Russia?

If you think so, Adolf, you are one sick SOB. How many swastikas do you have tattooed on your body?

I doubt dforest supports Biden.

The gun safety shown in that movie poster is definitely liberal. Finger on the trigger, and pistol pointed at her head.

So you find a crazy beeyotch in Maine who wants to suspend the Constitution and decide—on her own—to exclude a legitimate candidate for President to make your point? That’s a straw man argument, doofus. Your dreamboat Putin pulls that kind of crap. You’re on the wrong side of this, Skippy.
