The *homeless* need to either be in reopened mental institutions, jail, or getting off their butts and working for a living.
Stop funding and turn the building into a bum/illegal alien shelter.
I would like to see it remodeled into apartments of US Veterans.
Cafeteria on ground floor.
Medical services on 2nd floor.
The rest== living quarters-—at COST for rent.
