It reads like a comedy routine from Orwell.
They strike down a law to...keep them from striking down laws.
And we have to send billions and billions to this looney bin?
Ironic, isn’t it?
OTOH, it goes to show the law was not an unreasonable move.
No different than right here in the USA. We do not have 3 equal branches of power. The Judicial system overrides all. Ultimately nine people control the entire country.
