Are you defining making a national abortion ban as the only way to be conservative on this issue? This was never a matter concerning the reversal of Roe; in fact, this was a leftist talking point around said reversal.

So by your definition - Trump is not a conservative.Trump is not a conservative, has never been a conservative, and doesn't even pretend to be a conservative.
MAGA is a nationalist-populist movement.
And while I have many issues with Trump (mostly because he's not a conservative) he's 100% right on the issue of abortion.
Pro-life is an election loser. It just is.
