Kari Lake would an emotional choice not a rational choice.
She needs to actually succeed at something and be successful before she moves up. Yes I know she was cheated but for the low info voter all they can comprehend is she lost the governor’s race and her court battles. Let her win a Senate seat, do well as a senator then move up.
Trump is in his late 70s things happen at that age even for the healthiest. Where’s the evidence she can pick up the ball and govern?

There is speculation her parents were both illegal when she was born meaning she should not be able to be POTUS, my opinion.
Except for that stupid, archaic birthright citizenship clause that almost every nation in the world has eliminated. Only about 36 nations still have it and half of those are small poor countries in the western hemisphere, only USA and Canada being truly rich ( Argentina and a few more in S America being debatable). It makes sense for poor countries to have it as they can snatch a few more tax dollars from wealthier people who might get stuck there. Conversely the opposite is true.
Ironically of course India does not have full birthright citizenship.

How Trump supporters would react is irrelevant - Trump won’t pick anyone who has not been outspoken about the outrages of the stolen elections, the fake impeachments and indictments, and the Jan6th fedsurrection and outrageous holding of political prisoners in DC gulags.
I am positive he will only include people on his short list who have risked everything, just as he has, by publicly expressing outrage over all of the above.
I just can’t see him picking some safe bet moderate at this point - it would send the message that he doesn’t really believe the election was stolen - that he doesn’t really believe there is a deep state out to destroy the Republic.
Also, if you want to get assassinated, what better way than to pick a VP that the deep state wants?

If trump is stupid enough to make Haley his VP then he obviously didn’t learn JACK S from his first stint as president. If he’s gonna help/allow the deep state to stab him in the back again then HELL NO I’m not voting for him. Why? So he can be a speed bump to the eventual destruction of the country? Ill stay home on election day and the democrats can get us to where we need to be that much quicker.

As a rule you are correct. I’m sure Pence was a party pick as were many of the awful picks Trump gets criticized for making. If they try to stick him with Haley l don’t think he will go for it. He knows the dreadful people he let the party force on him cost him dearly, l hope that is over.
