That’s a nice thought, but as someone above mentioned this is a small college town which means a very transient population (which probably also casts Democrat votes in their home counties/states as well as here).
Anyway, those kids will be long gone from Whitewater before the adverse effects of their Democrat votes become unavoidable; but the good (older) people will likely remain and suffer the consequences.
