Anyone who steps one foot across our borders in violation of our laws should be considered a felon, hunted down like a rabid dog, and thrown in the slammer for two or three years with no possibility of early release. After time served he/she should be expelled from the country immediately. A second conviction would carry a sentence of five years imprisonment with no possibility of early release.
