Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) criticized Harvard University's former President Claudine Gay during his first public stop in Iowa of 2024 without acknowledging he is a graduate of the Ivy League institution.
"Have you guys seen [the situation] with this Harvard president and all the nonsense that's happened there?" DeSantis asked a crowd in Waukee, Iowa, on Wednesday. "It's these places, I mean, are just nuts with what's gone on there?"
DeSantis graduated in 2001 from Yale University, where he was captain of the baseball team. He went on to attend Harvard Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2005.

But he doesn't want to say he went to harvard, and got his JD under the tutelage of the liberal diversity promoting professors.
That may be why he's anti woke.
But he doesn't seem to understand the constitution, and the interpretation of the 14th Admendment... likely because he's learned about the constitution under the left's interpretation.
Harvard is the Deep State breeding ground. So are Yale and Stanford

I will criticize DeSantis on issues that he is failing on. I’m not going to criticize him on where he went to school That’s water under the bridge to me. What is he supposed to do, send back his degree?
Yesterday I was mentioning to a friend that Harvard graduates would start taking down their diplomas.
Stanford is more of a CIA breeding ground although my neighbor’s son graduated from there and got hired by the FBI. They’re Democrats as the dad used to travel to China a lot for Nike prior to retirement. The FBI interviewed me about the kid during his hiring process.

How many of us went to college and now think our alma maters are Woke disaster areas? Georgetown was an insane asylum when I went there. They had A Catholic priest who was pro-abortion. It still is an insane asylum. Trump went to U Penn. Penn’s president was ousted along with Harvard’s. This idea that your criticism of a university is somehow illegitimate because you went there is silly.

I couldn’t give a rat’s behind where he went to school either. The problem is that he has a long history of deception... He is constantly pretending to be someone that he is not. I have a relative who was a long-time powerful local politician who died recently. He was exactly the same way. He even looked a lot like DeSantis. He was not a trustworthy person. So that is where my problems start with DeSantis. This “bootgate” nonsense perfectly illustrates who DeSantis is... Running around with hidden lifts in his cowboy boots to look taller is something that my deceased relative would have done as well.
Duh-Saintis ought to apply for the position of Harvard President.

Good catch. After all Harvard certainly has never changed in the last few decades. Don’t forget his attendance to Yale, also a very suspect institution of learning. But if you really want to go after the guy be sure to shout to the world how he was in the U.S. Navy! I mean look at the mess it is in now. If he was a wise man he would deny all three.
Yes, that would serve him well. But even then there is no getting away from being married just once to the same woman. I tell you that is where the real juicy scandal lies.
