He is propsing hypotheticals based on the idea that Trump claims nearly unlimited immunity.
“The implications of the defendant’s broad immunity theory are sobering,” Smith’s team wrote, adding that Trump’s approach would leave “no recourse to deter a President from inciting his supporters during a State of the Union address to kill opposing lawmakers — thereby hamstringing any impeachment proceeding — to ensure that he remains in office unlawfully.”
If these asshat’s get their way as far as screwing over President Trump, or worse, then there will be no need for anyone to incite patriots to rise up and finally put an end to this nonsense.

Trump’s lawyers need to file a motion to order Jack Smith submit to a psychiatric examination, and also file a report to the public local mental health office.
That office could put him in a 3-day psychiatric hold.
