How can a judge do this when there is no plaintiff in the case? It’s a legal, private transaction, between two parties where both have done their due diligence and subsequently voluntarily signed a contract. I don’t even know who the proper authority is to complain, but it should have been done ages ago.
They don’t care. Seems no one will stop them.
