The influx of black Africans should be a major concern to the average black USA worker. It has been noted by many who have experience with African blacks that these new arrivals are far more industrious and willing to work than the USA blacks. And look at the upside for businesses - they get a black person to count against the quotas and they get someone who actually give the business a fair days work for the money paid.

My disabled friend in DC had African ‘helpers’. They pretty much watched TV and talked on their phones.

Haitians seem to have a pretty good work ethic generally, but they tend not to speak English. Haiti has a unique language that protects the Haitian elite but makes most Haitians very poor.
We also have some Cuban blacks.
