Islam is pretty clear in its teaching, and this verse includes Christians too, not just Jews.
By my simple math calculations: 9,000,000 with 1% being radical muslims = 9,000,000*.01=90,000 muslim extremists here just waiting for the order to try and kill me. Something to think about, 1% might be a conservative number.
