Evil, this was not an accidental release of a virus. This was intentional release of a bio warfare agent meant to reduce the global population.

Reduce? Nah. The population is unaffected. A million here. Two million there. It was meant to CONTROL people. It succeeded.
This deliberate release has may benefits to the elitists in power, they remain in power, they have more control over the masses, they reduce the elderly population that is not in tune with the regimes and who also teach the younger generation, kill small businesses (why Walmart target, home depot and other large stores were able to stay open and small businesses where told to close or be jailed) reduce America to a third world player
