Johnson has no leverage. The GOP has something like a two-seat majority in the House. Even if 90% of the Republican House member vote against a spending bill, there are more than enough Democrats to drive the agenda.

Even if 90% of the Republican House member vote against a spending bill,PRIMARIES are coming - VOTE them Out in the PRIMARIES, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a diff. result makes one an absolute idiot
