Clarification: Obama was told by his puppeteers to make it look like he’s trying to take over Biden’s campaign.
Take Over....He’s been running the Government since Day 1 of the Biden Administration.

He probably realizes that when you’re a democrat, it’s best to always take credit for the promises but never for the results.

Ma Ferguson’s slogan 100 years ago was “Two governors for the price of one.” She meant that she would be the symbolic figure, but her impeached husband ex-gov Jim Ferguson would be calling the shots. That was Biden’s mission in 2020, but he may not be physically able now (we know he’s not mentally able but dems don’t care).

It actually looks to me that the ad is designed to undermine Biden’s chances to be the nominee, setting the table for someone else.
