That’s the fundamental difference in understanding our nation. Pinkos believe government is the be all and end all and originator of our rights.
Conservatives believe government is a necessary evil and our rights are derived from our Creator.
The only real job for the federal govt expressed in the Constitution is their duty to protect and defend the people’s right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Those are our God given rights, anything else the govt has assigned to itself is superfluous.
