The Republican hopeful was fielding the final questions from Fox News hosts Brett Baier and Martha MacCallum when the protesters sparked chaos by jumping up, waving banners and shouting.
Security removed the hecklers after one managed to get on stage as DeSantis said: 'You live and you learn with these people.'
'We had a great time tonight,' the governor said. 'I mean, we had some guests that came to the show, tried to make it on the stage but you know, that's just the way this stuff rolls.'
'It's the first time that's happened,' he dismissed.

For the tier 1, 'I served with the seals', desantis, he freezes in place when surprised, and doesn't even move away or off the stage, when the protesters rush it..
And desantis is lying again, because protesters got on the stage with him once before, and he froze then, also...
If DeSantis actually got good at being a candidate he’d show this over and over and say that the energy stupid Dims hate him, so he must be good.

Ron DeSantis is a veteran. Donald Trump refused to serve in the military. That is all.

Trump was CIC. DeSantis never will be.
In multiple comments, he, and his campaign, put out comments that desantis deployed with, served with, trained at coronado and deployed with seal team 1....

desantis was a jag lawyer, who advised the seal team commander. He was not a tier 1, kitted up, door kicker his comments implied. As an advisor, I doubt he was ever regularly went out and received any enemy fire.
Was he a veteran? yes.
Was he a seal, as his comments implied? no.
Was he trying to set up a false portrayal of his service? It appears so.

The answer should be yes.
But, especially in the first instance, which has a video, desantis froze with both his hands in the air, while the protesters went directly behind him, and he kept them there, until after the protesters were removed off the state.
That’s what happens when a person’s thoughts get short circuited by a new situation, they can’t handle it, and they freeze.
i wonder it FNC will do a better job tonight with security for the Trump town hall? ... or is this just foretaste of even worst to come for the Trump town hall?
I would hope that Trump has his own security people with him, besides any ss.
Considering what nevertrumpers fox has become, yes, having a townhall with fox may be risky, not only with being ambushed by questions from bb or mc, but also possibly being assaulted now...
