Patience. Party realignments take generations, not individual election cycles. The scalps are accumulating, especially if you count early retirements. We will always have squishes, but when it is clear that MAGA will outlast Trump, and more tan 50 % of the party are MAGA, the squishes join the realignment or join the other side. That's what the hippies did with the Democrats. It worked.
