How will homes be heated without pipelines providing gas to run furnaces? Grid cannot support total electric power supplies....American may be in luck. If he can morally justify actions that would kill a million people, then it’s very easy to justify a bullet between his eyes.

Nope. Not enough propane capacity. No way to transport it at scale. No way to store it at power plant sites at scale.
Gas turbines can burn it with minimal modification. But capacity constraints are huge.
