Virginia Democrats are expected to push numerous gun controls this legislative session, including an “assault weapons” ban, expanded gun-free zones for concealed carry, and gun lock requirements.
WTKR noted the Democrats will push for an “assault weapons” ban and for a requirement that a locking device be provided with every gun sold.
Democrats are also expected to pass legislation “[creating] liability for the owner of a gun if a minor uses it in a crime.”

This ought to be interesting. What if the gun is stolen? Or what if this has a disparate impact on various ethnic groups?

This could lead to an interesting conversation. How many illegal shootings were committed by a concealed carry holder? Since most/every mass shooting occurs in gun free zones, what do you expect the outcome to be?

The US capital should rotate amongst states and regions. Everyone should have to take turn treading water while holding up that rights-destroying boat anchor. The gigantic growth of fed bureaucracy and private support for it has completely altered the political makeup of the state like some sort of influential industry.
