On May 5, 1994, Kaplan was nominated by President Bill Clinton to a seat on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York vacated by Judge Gerard Louis Goettel. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on August 9, 1994, and received his commission on August 10, 1994. He took senior status on February 1, 2011.[5]
Kaplan also looks like the kind of guy who will one day pass away and someone will discover forty dead pre-teen boys buried in his basement.
Does he smell as bad as he looks? I don’t trust people with greasy ill-kept hair.
I don’t know how these people live with themselves, to spend all that money and time studying for a law degree, to pass the bar exam, and get experienced which takes years and years and they crap all over it and throw the first thing about justice right out the window: The truth. These people must really hate themselves or be psychotic, probably both and what ticks me off is they always hide. They never have the guys to answer questions.
