The "Deep State" corruption runs SO deep, it makes you wonder whether it is possible to clean it up in a single Presidential term?
1-Shut Down entire agencies. (Education, EPA, ...)
2-In key areas like Defense, State, DOJ, it is important to fire top layers of staff FIRST, as you sort through possible key replacements.

Are the FINCen records subject to freedom of information act requests? Could they be hit with Alinksky's #4 rule:
RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)

You know... Back when we were giving the FedGov these powers to “fight the war on terror” (said in a Texas accent)... Civil libertarians like myself said that these same powers would some day be used against the rest of us...
