I cannot agree with you in any way that they should have chosen a “non-confrontational path”.

I feel the same when people on here say nobody should go to a conservative rally like J6 because it is a setup and there will be Feds there.
I applaud Navarro and Trump (and the J6 protesters) for standing up for what is right and going head on with these tryannical bastards.
If every American did this, we wouldn’t be in the fix we are in.
In 12 months, these “Federal prosecutors” will be on death row and Navarro will be their executioner. These “prosecutors” are NOT going to prevent the pain and punishment headed their way. It is coming. /spit
It is totally political, so would pleading the 5th amendment, but it’s legal and allowed, beat them at their own game, not throw sand in their face and dare them to do something which is essentially what Navarro and Bannon did.
The “committee” knew all about the FBI agitators in the crowd, knew about the abolition of security by Pelosi’s office, and countless other points that amounted to knowing everything they needed to know before engaging in the show trial.
They also refused the Minority Leader’s request for his two picks to be on the committee for the first time in history. There would be no countervailing voices in the Inquisition.
Why cooperate with that?
They’re already after us. Day before Christmas Treasury department notified me that I have to pay back the $25,000 emergency funds I got from losing everything in an anarchist caused wildfire. Plus $9,000 penalty and interest. They insist it’s only a loan...I signed nothing and never got a notice in 3years.
I suppose buying a generator from Cabela’s didn’t help.

Meanwhile WHAT is in store for Hunter Biden’s ignoring of House subpoena (ie. the same “crime”)? Navarro is flat out a genius and a real threat to the Left in many/most ways. His analysis of Election Fraud was concise spot on and, correct. Election Fraud- not voter fraud, and there is a huge difference. Systematic federal digital intervention on Electoral swing states— sent over internet to Scytl, then sent back (trillions of bytes of data- all tracked by CISA, and also by Navarro).
Fine, but you end up in jail and financially ruined.
Instead of kicking sand in the Democrats face, you plead the 5th and refuse to answer questions, it’s a legal avenue they could have taken and complied with the subpoena at the same time.
There was 2 ways to fight these people the way Bannon and Navarro chose and showing up and pleading the 5th. Both choices deny the Democrats what they want but one is legal and one is not.
It’s absolutely not cowardly to use the legal in your favor when possible and they could have done that.
Pleading the 5th amendment is not cooperating and satisfies complying with their subpoena.
Failing to properly investigate and prosecute Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation was a serious strategic error.

You show up and refuse to answer questions and each time the Democrats ask something you reply with, “Based on the advice of Counsel, I am invoking my 5th amendment rights”. Better yet, you have your Lawyer write a letter to the committee informing them you will plead the 5th amendment to all their questions.
You deny the Democrats what they want and frustrate them in the process plus you satisfy the subpoena in the process.
I call that beating them at their own game.
Hunter Biden:” No! Stop it!”
Which is what they intend in order to exercise tyranny, cow us into submission, and get their way.
If my time comes, I hope I won't roll over to save my skin. Though who of us knows in advance how that will go.
