With Barrett, I’m not sure. During confirmation, she said she would look at things on a case by case basis.
Why is she a surprise? She was picked for her sex. Her first week in office she recused herself from the Pennsylvania election case and let the avalanche of un-postmarked or even late ballots be counted.
She enforced mandatory covid vaccine rules in Illinois and Maine.
She’s a female squish, ruling on emotions.
I never understood her allure.
