Ignore it and then put up a new one in a slightly different position and let them go back and back. Roberts is a POS.
Exactly. Since the justices gave absolutely no explanation for their decision, I would just move the wire a foot or two and let them challenge it again. Maybe they ruled against Texas because they just didn’t like the precise location of the wire, or maybe it was the wrong color, who knows? Keep it up until they either explain their rationale or they come to their senses.
If they had a solid legal leg to stand on they would have cited it in detail. My opinion is that since the Biden regime is actually aiding and abetting the breaking of immigration laws, and is doing so in an inarguably intentional effort to promote an illegal invasion of the country, they are acting entirely outside their constitutional authority to enforce immigration law and to protect the borders of the United States. They’re acting as enemies of the country, working against the country’s welfare, not as its duly elected government (which we know that they are not, of course). That should make federal preemption a moot point, and justify what Texas is doing to protect itself in the absence of a functioning federal government.
Hungary’s border fence is about 100 meters inside Hungary.
The EU required member nations to let migrants in.
So yes they can come in, they just don’t have much room once they do.
Besides Texas can simply ask permission from landowners to erect a barrier on their own land. Surely that’s not illegal.
