IMHO gun rights under the Second Amendment are a Federally protected right agreed to by the states when they entered the union. Therefore they have no legitimate authority to impose conditions on guns any more than they have under any of the other Bill of Rights.

Unfortunately little things such as laws, the rule of law, U.S. Supreme Court rulings, other case law, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and democracy mean absolutely nothing to Demscum.
