The Supreme Court’s decision .. to order Texas not to protect its border with Mexico will go down in history as one of the court’s most cowardly decisions that could doom our nation — if it is allowed to stand.
That decision was not just about razor wire. It was about the role of states in our federal system and the betrayal of the nation — first by a president, and now by two Republican-appointed justices.
....
Biden .. was the second act in the Obama administration’s mission to “fundamentally transform” the United States. He was declaring that the Trump years were over, and the revolutionaries were back in charge.
Was the Trump wall really a “waste of money”?
The establishment media had attacked Trump for spending $11 billion to put barriers up along 50 miles of our southern border. But the corrupt media thought nothing of spending more than 10 times that to defend Ukraine and its border. And the House GOP now estimates the annual cost of the Biden open border will be $451 billion in caring for illegal aliens.
Biden opened the door, and over 3.8 million people walked through. That number of illegals is greater than the population of 22 states and is on the verge of destroying the nation in every way by causing crime, drug deaths, child trafficking, terrorism, deficit spending and .

Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution states, “The United States shall … protect each [state] against Invasion.” Biden has not just failed in that duty miserably — he chose not to honor that duty.
In such cases, the Constitution allows states to use force, up to and including war, to repel invasions.
“No State shall, without the Consent of Congress … engage in War, unless actually invaded,

Constitution? The GOP has become a tentacle of the DNC. We don’t need no steenkin’ Constitution or SCOTUS. Gasbag Joe Biden blows them off.
“Congress has the sole right to pass immigration laws. They have done very little.”
Existing immigration law is good law. Perhaps adjusting the number of permanent residents is in order, maybe not. But it is sound law. Congress does not need new legislation. What the country needs is an administration which will enforce the law.

This lunacy could initally put Texas fighting the feds on the North, and the effing Mexicants (cartels or Army - really no difference) on the South. Only for a few moments, though.
“All we have to do is “Remember the Alamo” and we good. Kick ass.”
Except... Texas’ ass got kicked at The Alamo. Mexico won.
Worst decision since Dred Scott. I fear the court will permit states to outlaw Trump on the ballot Next. Maybe, just maybe, it is time for a Civil War to set things to Right?
And like Jochim Peiper at the Battle of the Bulge, that’s not the point. Two hundred and fifty seven defenders at the Alamo killed 400 to 600 Mexicans and wounded 200 to 300. Santa Anna paid for that delay and expenditure of men at San Jacinto. The Texans won the day at the Alamo by holding Santa Anna at San Antonio while Houston got his act together. There are a lot of stories about the Alamo. The liberal versions and the American patriot and Texan versions. The end result is all that matters. The idiot should have passed the Alamo by. Santa Anna’s “army” lasted 18 minutes at San Jacinto.
Tell them definitions are fluid these days..
