He won’t need to say anything. The courts will clearly throw all the cases out on appeal. The original sexual assault case was somehow made it to court when the alleged victim couldn’t narrow down the assault date to a two-year span and was unable to bring forth ANY evidence that the assault took place.
The cases will quickly fall like dominoes, and he won’t have to pay a penny.

I have no history of ‘anti Trump’ comments, almost every post I’ve made about him has been thoroughly positive and enthusiastic.
Two or three times, I’ve wished he hadn’t said something that he said, and I expressed that.
I’ve voted for Trump twice, and will again. But I don’t believe he’s ‘Jesus’, and I don’t believe he’s in any way above criticism, even that of those who admire him.

Trump needs to move his headquarters and all those jobs to another state. New York City is beyond help. It will cost the city and state billions and they will deserve the loss.
I guess that depends on just how corrupt our system has become.

I’m no legal expert and have not read this positively mental woman’s book, but my understanding is that he was not found liable for rape in the civil trial (I think it was reduced to “sexual abuse”) and there was no criminal rape case, so if she claims she was taped by Trump in her book, can he not due her for defamation or at least make the publisher redact those claims? Maybe ask for $90 million in damages?
