This should be absolutely spiked by the appeals court, and they should go so far as to put the Judge in prison for proceeding with this farce.

I don’t think there’s a court in the country that would side with Donald Trump on anything. That’s already been proven by the various cases/issues involving him. How can the AG of NY legitimately get away with the charges she’s alleged against him? Legally, none of them have any substance but that doesn’t stop any of them..
