I don’t know. My belief is that Pennsylvania was stolen with low tech.
Georgia was Dems in Atlanta humping the voting machines. Is that low tech, or high tech? I think low tech.
The popular vote doesn’t count. But it is cover for the stolen states and, as you say, required high tech for a landslide steal.
